I'm not a flower pot

Gonna wear these two items on my hair to college tomorrow <3

Have to stop being so "proper" all the time :x unfortunately my hair is always so bushy and unruly so I have to tie it up ): gotta learn to let go and let loose!

SMILES :DD p/s: that's my bus pass holder :P Adorable, no? :D

Just played the piano at my homestay

And I didn't realize the father was upstairs and he heard every note I played -_- I went upstairs and he said "you haven't been playing much have you" then I explained I was busy and didn't have the time to practice and he said "clearly". Like, ouch? -___-

(:

Poor Adrian, his fork as he says "has flaps" HAHAHAHA! nah it's nothing gross, just that the plastic got stuck to each other :P

Pretty Sakura-looking flowers by the side of the road (: Yea I kinda looked like an idiot standing by the road with my phone pointing upwards ._.

The image of perfection (': she's really so beautiful lah D': I WANT )':

Finally got a reply from the UK distributor :x sadly it's bad news ):

D: the sad truth )':

I'd never be able to afford it in a million gazillion years ): plus it's just a baby harp.. A VERY PRETTY ONE INDEED! So I wrote back,

And requested the price for ANOTHER smaller (and cheaper) version of the harp with less levers, meaning I can play less songs unless I transpose keys :x

I know I'm cheap lah ): I just can't afford to make my parents pay so much for something that I won't make a career out of.

But if only I could make a career out of music, trust me, it'll be the best news in the world (': and I wouldn't even care if I die rich or poor, at least I would die doing something I love (:

Ain't she a beaut! (:

Finally found the baby harp that I've been looking for!!

She's perfect (': sadly my soon to be baby is in USA so I have to wait for her to arrive <3 (haven't bought it yet :P) she's a 22-string Celtic lap harp, and if you look closer, she has a carved little heart on the sound board!! Cutest harp, EVER!! Plus is reminds me of the Guinness logo (:

Going down to London next week to check out the harp I ALMOST got if I didn't found sweet Brittany-22 xD 22 is the number of strings btw (:
This is the Eve-22, it's a Gothic harp and it's a lap harp as well! (I call it baby harp cause my parents would understand the size better) (: luckily I didn't buy this straight away cause Brittany is evidently more beautiful, PLUS they both are around the same size and have the same feel of strings (: and yea this is the harp I ALMOST got :x

This one is sharper at the pillar and Gothic harps it may be all ancient and antique-y, but I prefer the Celtic harp (: which has curves and is sexayyy! Thus, the name, Brittany xD nah I KEEDDD, I won't buy an instrument because it looks hot! -looks elsewhere- but since both of them sound similar, what the heck :3

Ugh I can't wait to get my baby! She's gonna sound so so amazing <3 plus she's portable! Meaning I can bring it back to Malaysia after my studies (: or even during the long break! So yea, I'm gonna give in my hopes and dreams of learning the pedal harp for this baby (':

UNTIL I earn my own money and buy the concert grand pedal harp (: in simpler terms, NEVER. HAHA!

Sorry for this rather dry post about harps /: I'm just feeling so excited! :D

In desperate need

Of a chill pill ): I'm still really bothered by the fact of choosing universities and my personal statements, and ESPECIALLY my LNAT test )': because essay is never, never never never my strong point (ironic for a person who's going for law eh)

It's like I'm constantly reminded I'm not good enough to compete against so and so cause I'm so lacking in general knowledge and current affairs. Plus my geography sucks.

Everyday I wake up, I'm afraid of what might become of me. Will I ever get into the university I want? Will I ever be smart enough to finish my course? Will I ever be employed?

Circling round the mere facts that I'm just an ordinary girl, with mediocre grades and an uninteresting life, what chances do I have against people who spend their traveling and exploring the world, reading interesting books and learning umpteen languages? None.

Am I screwed? Pretty much, yes.
